The library is an integral part of the courses at HTC. This excellent facility is available for free to all members of the college and students. The Alumni, full time Christian workers, pastors and students registered with other theological institutions may register as approved readers for a token subscription. HTC library is the second largest theological library in Zimbabwe. Admission to and use of the library and its resources are conditional upon the strict observance of the regulations.

Online public access: HTC library has an online catalogue which offers remote access to the library resources database to users or prospective users of the library for free
Printing and photocopying: documents can be printed and photocopied.
Reading space: the library provides a conducive environment for reading and studying.
Computer lab: this facility is available for all members of the college for research and the production of assignments and also as a study area.
Internet access: free internet and individual WI-FI access is available to all registered users of the college.
Reference services: with the increasing complexity and quantity of information available in and through libraries and other information sources HTC library offers more assistance in identifying, retrieving and evaluating the specific information that fits the users’ needs.
